Events can be anything from informal parties to large corporate gatherings. We find that the simplest way to price these is to charge for our time and by event size -

For events of up to 40 people -

We charge £100 for the first hour and £50 per hour or part thereof after that. Typically, we would produce about 100 individually edited images from a two hour event of this size though this will vary depending on the nature of the event and the client's requirements. We will supply one photographer.

For events of more than 40 people -

We charge £150 for the first hour and £75 per hour or part thereof after that. Typically, we would produce about 150 individually edited images from a two hour event of this size though this will vary depending on the nature of the event and the client's requirements. We will supply two photographers. We can organise a 'pop-up' studio if required at an additional cost of £100. 

Digital images will be made available for download from the Client area of our website. You are given the right to make prints from, transmit, display and copy all digital images.
